It is very important to me to create a warm, accepting, and comfortable environment for my clients.  I believe that each of us have unique life experiences and personal strengths that can be used as building blocks for growth.  I am passionate about helping people who are ready for change in life, desiring growth toward goals or healing, or simply ready to understand and love themselves more.<\/p>\n

EMDR for Trauma, Chronic Pain, Nervous System Regulation<\/b><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\tI am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). EMDR is a research-based therapy that helps individuals reprocess traumatic memories and experiences in a safe and controlled environment. I offer EMDR therapy for any clients, but also specifically for women who have experienced trauma directly from their breast cancer journey. In addition, research shows that EMDR helps regulate a person's nervous system. Those having chronic pain or other medical challenges often benefit from this therapy.\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\tI am a breast cancer survivor. That journey has created in me a heart for working with those navigating through something similar. I understand all too well that once treatment is over, that is not always the end of the journey. Navigating a current medical diagnosis or post-illness life can be hard, and I want to be a resource for those in that life space.\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
