Do you take insurance?
I am an in-network provider with United Healthcare, Baylor Scott & White, Cigna, Oscar, Aetna, Oxford, BCBS, CHAMPVA, Curative, and several other networks.
Do you offer private pay?
Individual 45-55 minute sessions are $165 due at the time of service.
(Sessions for children are 45 minutes)
A limited number of sliding scale openings are available for those who qualify.
